Business Analyst (PL)

Description

Main Responsibilities \- Perform functional analysis, parameterization, and configuration of Accounting/Tax, Production, or Financial modules, ensuring compliance with business rules; \- Provide support, resolve incidents, conduct advanced diagnostics, and perform root cause analysis; \- Lead improvements, enhancements, and new projects, documenting processes, workflows, and functionalities; \- Ensure ERP integration and communication with other corporate systems; \- Act as the interface between business users and IT/Development teams; \- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives; Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; \- Strong communication skills, organization, and focus on continuous improvement; \- Analytical and collaborative profile; \- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence usage for process optimization and productivity gains; \- Flexible availability. Technical Requirements \- Experience with ERP TOTVS Datasul in Accounting/Tax, Production, or Financial modules; \- Technical knowledge of Progress 12, including code reading and analysis; \- Basic programming logic understanding; \- Hands-on experience with ERP parameterization and business rules; \- Experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation; \- Knowledge of system integrations and data flow between systems; \- Proficiency in incident management tools and technical documentation; \- Ability to organize, record history, and build a knowledge base.
