WHAT CONNECTS US! * Problem-solving profiles * Valuing teamwork * Knowledge sharing * Belief that sustainability can help the world * Capability for digital transformation and innovation * Standardize, guide, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on primary equipment, protection, automation, and control systems, and propose actions aimed at reducing operational costs and alternatives to develop problem-solving solutions for process improvements. * Standardize, guide, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on command, control, protection, telecommunications systems, and reading and interpretation of functional diagrams and drawings. * Perform local operation of facilities under your responsibility whenever necessary. * Conduct inspection, diagnosis, and analysis of equipment conditions at facilities, performing periodic inspections. * Participate in planning and scheduling of maintenance services, instructing and issuing intervention requests, as well as controlling scheduled and executed maintenance services through the current management system, creating, managing, monitoring, and closing Maintenance Work Orders. * Know, disseminate, and apply current technical, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures and standards of the company. * Support activities related to implementation of reinforcement and improvement projects, as well as commissioning services for new facilities and equipment. * Analyze emergency and preventive events and propose maintenance solutions and adjustments to the plan to mitigate risks of recurrence. * Provide pre-established work shift and/or vacation schedules defined by Coordination, ensuring continuity of operations and maintenance activities. * Substitute other Asset Reliability Technicians during absences due to leave, vacations, training, or other necessary circumstances. * Support development of facilities and processes by identifying technical gaps and proposing improvements. * Comply with regulations, policies, instructions, and internal and external regulations; participate in and receive guidance on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and compliance topics; adhere to occupational health, hygiene, and safety standards; comply with quality management and environmental preservation systems; and use PPE/PCE (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment) when required by the activity. Monitor area performance indicators; analyze reports from areas under your responsibility; assess performance indicators and objective vs. achieved results summaries; implement corrective actions; revise strategies; and, if necessary, redirect work processes. * Drive vehicles when necessary, provided you hold valid authorization and licensing as a mandatory and essential condition for performing job-related duties, and perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of your immediate supervisor, provided you are qualified and such duties align with your knowledge and experience. 2511290202181836362
