**Description:** **What we expect from you:** High school diploma; CNH category D or E; Emergency vehicle driver course. **You stand out if you have:** Experience in rescue or emergency areas. Drive the emergency vehicle and safely transport victims to hospitals, obeying highway speed limits and regulations of the Brazilian Traffic Code, as well as unit procedures. Drive the rescue vehicle observing traffic rules and signage standards during movements and at incident sites, positioning yourself in a way that ensures the safety of the team and third parties; know the road network and the region's hierarchical service network, fully understand the vehicle, and perform or request basic maintenance. Promote good relationships with internal teams and external emergency teams (Fire Department, 192 services, PMRv, etc.) Perform victim extrication following the unit's extrication protocols. Assist in victim care according to the unit's care protocols. Signal the accident site according to the unit's signaling protocol, keeping the site and teams safe. Carry out activities in accordance with Motiva's Rules of Gold to prevent unsafe behaviors, contributing to the prevention and comprehensive monitoring of work routines.
