**Description:** **Required:** Completed higher education Research subsidies and documents related to received matters, interacting with internal departments involved in any capacity with the subject matter of the proceedings or with evidence inherently associated therewith; Analyze matters with a focus on conciliatory solutions and the defense of supplementary health, aiming to identify potential procedural gaps and propose internal solutions and client-oriented solutions to foster client loyalty, as well as minimize financial losses or reputational damage to the Group; Appear in court representing the Group, considering, for such appearances, the complexity level and seriousness of cases, in accordance with the levels assigned to this position (JR/PL/SR); Draft written legal arguments and prepare necessary documents to formulate the Institution’s lines of defense, and, in more critical cases, appear in court alongside the external law firm’s attorney to seek revocation of preliminary injunctions and deliver oral arguments; Provide formal guidance (via defense memoranda, emails, system entries, etc.) to external legal service providers regarding factual findings related to the cases under review, as well as on legal aspects pertinent to the healthcare sector; Monitor the progress of administrative or judicial proceedings to safeguard the hospital’s interests; Draft legal documents, draft submissions, and legal opinions on administrative, civil, corporate, or other matters, applying appropriate legislation, format, and terminology relevant to each subject; Provide legal consultancy to other requesting departments to support their activities, indicating best practices and legal risks; Conduct specialized studies on legal and other topics of interest to the Institution, as well as analyze regulations issued by ANS – the National Supplementary Health Agency – and advise on their application within the Institution; Prepare materials and gather managerial-relevant information, such as reports, spreadsheets, and data on workflows and processes; Study legal and other subjects to align factual circumstances with applicable legislation; To hold the position of Attorney, it is essential that the incumbent possess a valid registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), and have fully settled all financial obligations with said organization; Perform other duties related to this position and/or as directed by superiors. 251130020218881281
