Support for industrial projects and resolution of critical failures An industrial company is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Analyst in Araçariguama. Wecan Brasil is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Plan and organize operational excellence activities in the industrial unit. Apply continuous improvement methodologies with internal customers. Support leadership and teams in using tools such as 5S, process stabilization, improvement and innovation management, and MASP. Monitor internal and corporate audits of the management system and ISO 9001\. Support implementation of ISO 9001\ guidelines. Develop and review operational standards and instructions. Track corrective actions for non-conformities. Conduct strategic analysis of indicators and results with industrial areas. Maintain governance of software and BI systems within the unit. Provide methodological support for industrial projects and assist in resolving critical failures. Lead projects supporting the management methodology and ensure dissemination and compliance with the Integrated Policy. Previous experience as Senior Process Analyst, Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst, Operational Excellence Consultant, or Operational Efficiency Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
