




Description: * Pursuing or graduated in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Administration, Economics or related fields. * Previous experience in technical or administrative areas of real estate developers, land developers, notary offices or city halls will be considered a differentiator. * Excel (intermediate to advanced level) * Basic AutoCAD or ability to read floor plans * Project (basic to intermediate level) * Power BI (desirable) * Support the processing of procedures with public agencies and notary offices (permits, certificates, RI, etc.). * Assist in the document organization of land and projects for regularization and registration purposes. * Update schedules, spreadsheets and approval and cost indicators. * Contribute to technical surveys and preparation of support materials (maps, area charts, reports). * Support land prospecting and analysis (zoning, dimensions, legality). * Maintain relationships with brokers, schedule visits and organize the opportunities pipeline. * Monitor market and competition data, including bidding notices and strategic areas. * Assist in collecting and structuring information for technical and economic feasibility studies. 2511180202461651084
