If you are passionate about scaling businesses and have proven experience in accounting software for firms, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **In your day-to-day work, you will:** * Support financial routines including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections; * Update and monitor management reports in Google Sheets and Excel; * Record, verify, and organize invoices in the system; * Provide customer service via chat, phone, or email; * Assist in preparing and executing payments; * Provide general administrative support to the department; * Support contract management in the system; * Support the HR Department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to secure this position:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data organization; * Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct customer interaction; * Proactive profile with attention to detail. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: R$ 40.00 per business day.
