Description: Job Purpose: Receive goods, verifying documentation, goods, weight, markings, and forwarding them to their destination locations. Responsibilities and Duties Verify that goods match their respective documentation (weight, markings, dates, and destination locations); Stamp, date, and sign verified documents; Forward goods to storage areas with the assistance of Helpers; Greet customers delivering goods directly to the company in a courteous and efficient manner; Complete vehicle pickup/delivery verification reports; Record non-conformities and forward them to the Ombudsman Department; Perform volume measurement (cubage); Assist in loading and unloading vehicles; Perform street deliveries as required by the company; Provide internal and external customer service as required by the company; Attend training sessions and refresher courses mandated by the company; Actively participate in processes related to Total Quality Management; Place chemical product signage on transfer trucks.
