Collaborative team work and organized environment We are hiring a Carpentry Assistant to assist in the manufacturing of high-end custom furniture. This is initially a temporary position, with potential for permanent employment after the probationary period, subject to performance and team integration. We seek a committed, responsible individual eager to learn and grow alongside the team. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of custom furniture; * Support the carpenter in daily tasks; * Perform finishing work on MDF; * Assist in loading and unloading materials; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; * Provide installation support when required. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Commitment and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Punctuality and willingness to learn. **Company Benefits** * Organized work environment; * Growth opportunities; * Projects involving high-end furniture; * Supportive team. **Employment Type** * Temporary * With possibility of permanent employment **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Salary and Benefits** * Salary: To be discussed * Transportation allowance * CLT employment registration * Food basket (after probationary period) Payment: R$1.800,00 - R$2.800,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Do you have carpentry experience? * Have you worked with MDF before? * Do you have experience using manual and electric tools? * Are you available to start immediately? * What is your salary expectation?
