Description

Job Summary: A professional for general services including loading, unloading, material transportation, cleaning, and assistance in building maintenance, following instructions and using PPE. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in various building maintenance tasks and related activities 2. Responsibility for signage and cleaning of the work area 3. Careful preservation of materials, equipment, and tools * Perform loading and unloading of materials, tools, and/or equipment transported by trucks and vehicles. * Transport materials, tools, and/or equipment from the warehouse to the workstation and vice versa, as directed by immediate supervisors or specialized professionals. * Assist specialized professionals in performing building maintenance tasks (including cleaning), painting, construction, assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, joinery, and/or other activities of similar nature and complexity. * Ensure proper signage of the work area during task execution. * Clean the workstation after the specialized professional completes their work. * Maintain personal hygiene (basic personal hygiene and clothing care). * Safeguard, preserve, and return used materials, equipment, and tools. * Use required PPE for performing job duties. * Carry out tasks correctly, as instructed by specialized professionals and/or immediate supervisors; Compensation: R$2\.189,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
