After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and schedule maintenance services to be performed by area professionals: electricians, mechanics, welders, masons, plumbers, painters, sheet metal workers, and others; * Analyze, study, and research actual requirements and potential consequences caused by equipment or machine failures; * Document incidents and issue maintenance work orders; * Distribute work orders to operators and technicians—or to their respective supervisors. After maintenance is completed, record equipment or machine downtime, labor hours, materials used, parts purchased (if any), etc.; * Contact supervisors regularly to verify whether maintenance services are being performed correctly and fully meeting company needs. Maintain control over machine and production line stoppages caused by breakdowns and other incidents; * Support delivery of the Planned Maintenance (PM) pillar and other TPM pillars; * Ensure management of the document inventory (technical manuals, reports, work orders, and others); * Support leadership to ensure actions taken improve observed maintenance indicators; * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (currently enrolled); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred; * ERP system knowledge preferred; * Data analysis tool knowledge preferred; * E\-law system knowledge preferred; * AutoCAD knowledge preferred. **Worth Noting:** Working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday \- 100% on-site **Additional Information** **Here’s What We Offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Year-end Christmas basket and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR \- Profit Sharing Program. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary \- Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus service. * On-site dental clinic.
