




**Summary:** Responsible for assisting the baker in producing bakery items, separating ingredients, handling tools and production machines, shaping, cutting, and baking food items, while adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene standards for product manufacturing. **Main Activities/Responsibilities:** Separate raw materials for bakery product manufacturing. Follow recipes for bakery product manufacturing according to bakers’ instructions. Feed raw materials into machines, operate them, and monitor the production process. Shape dough for manufacturing bread, crackers, cookies, savory snacks, etc. Bake dough from bakery product manufacturing in appropriate ovens, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and observing the required baking time for each product. Keep the workplace organized and perform daily cleaning in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual; wash baking trays, machines, and utensils used in product manufacturing. Ensure safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment such as mixers, ovens, and kitchen utensils. Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniforms, hairnets, and PPE for food product manufacturing in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices manual.
