If you dislike unnecessary complaints and want an opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company, this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively prospect potential clients and partners. * Generate interest among potential clients by adopting a consultative approach to understand their needs and how our solutions can help them. * Qualify leads and identify opportunities aligned with our expansion strategy. * Conduct consistent follow-up with leads, adhering to the defined cadence for each stage of the funnel. * Monitor metrics and KPIs, proposing process optimizations for prospecting and continuously striving to improve results. We seek a proactive professional focused on results and possessing a strong **"owner mindset"**.
