Job Summary:
Financial Analyst focused on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation, supporting cash flow management and financial closing.

**Accounts Payable:** Schedule and execute supplier payments, taxes, and other obligations (PIX, bank slips, transfers); Validate documents, due dates, cost centers, and amounts prior to release; Support short- and long-term cash flow management by anticipating needs and signaling priorities.
Accounts Receivable: Monitor monthly fees and receipts via credit card, debit card, bank slips, PIX, and transfers; Accurately record receipts in systems and control spreadsheets; Ensure precise identification of payments and reconciliation with student data.
Reconciliation and Financial Control: Perform daily bank reconciliation across bank statements, systems, and spreadsheets; Identify and correct discrepancies such as reversals, bank fees, or incorrect entries; Support monthly financial closing and reporting routines.

**Requirements: Mandatory:**
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation;
Practical knowledge of financial operations, documents, and payment methods;
Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
Organized profile, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
**Desirable:**
Basic understanding of cash flow and the relationship between finance and accounting;
Experience in environments with integrated systems and cross-departmental interaction (sales, academic).
**Advantages:**
**Experience with ERPs or financial systems (e.g.:** Conta Azul );
Intermediate Spanish is an advantage but not required. We welcome professionals wishing to develop this language with us.
