




**Sales Administrative Analyst (Temporary)** Job Code:3025 Positions:1 **WORK LOCATION(S):** Votorantim/SP **Salary:** R$2500.00 **Benefits:** Meal voucher of R$33.00/day (10% deduction); Transportation voucher **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the administrative sales process, issuance and control of purchase and sale contracts; * Verify registration and document information of buyers, sellers, and properties; * Fill out and review contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and standards; * Control signatures, system entries, and track workflow until completion; * Support the sales team in resolving pending issues and attending to clients and brokers; * Perform credit analysis and payment management when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Votorantim or nearby cities with easy access to the Alphaville region; * Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester of a higher education course (any field); * Experience in administrative routines and sales support will be a differentiator; * Computer skills (Office Suite – basic/intermediate level); * Basic knowledge of document and credit analysis; **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Workload: 44 hours per week.
