Responsibilities: \- Assist the head cook in preparing large-volume industrial meals; \- Prepare ingredients, such as cutting vegetables, meats, and other foods; \- Assemble dishes according to menu specifications and presentation standards; \- Perform cleaning and organization tasks in the work area; \- Properly collect, store, and dispose of food waste; \- Comply with food safety and occupational health regulations. Requirements: \- Proven experience as a kitchen assistant cook or in a similar position; \- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling; \- Ability to work in a high-volume production environment and maintain a fast work pace; \- Capacity to work collaboratively and follow instructions from the head cook; \- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays; \- A technical certification in culinary arts or food service will be considered an advantage.
