Proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Prior experience in Facilities, Building Administration, or Management of Outsourced Services. * Knowledge of maintenance routines (preventive and corrective) and service request management. * Ability to negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers. * Basic knowledge of budget control and departmental performance indicators. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook). * Completed High School education (a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Construction Engineering, Logistics, or related fields is preferred). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. * Willingness to work on-site and conduct on-location service follow-up.
