What will you be responsible for? \- Providing support to internal and external stakeholders to address questions and requests related to academic and commercial matters. \- Assisting students of the institution; \- Processing enrollments; \- Recruiting students; \- Participating in external activities and meetings when requested; \- Acting as a receptionist for WhatsApp and telephone support; \- Assisting with other departmental tasks inherent to the role; \- Supporting administrative routines; \- Archiving documents; \- Performing pedagogical activities; \- Participating in commercial activities; \- Sector tools: Printer, scanner, telephone, and others; What competencies are required? What are the requirements? * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Education, Administration, Management Processes, or related fields * Sales experience is a plus; * Proactive attitude; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
