We are currently seeking professionals to conduct store inspections in partnership with us (specific, short-term demand). The main responsibilities of this role are: Conducting store inspections/audits efficiently, accurately, and reliably, analyzing characteristics and conditions of conservation/functionality of stores; Identifying and observing materials, finishes, furniture, and other property items; Recording collected information in detailed text form along with photos for report generation via a tablet application; Prerequisites: Completed high school (preferably with technical education in Building Construction); Basic computer knowledge; CNPJ or MEI registration for issuing invoices as a legal entity; Android smartphone or tablet; Must reside near Linhares, Colatina, and surrounding areas. 2511070202301284451
