




Description: * High school diploma. * Technical course in Mechanics or related fields is desirable. * Experience in planned and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. * Knowledge of mechanical systems and their components. * Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Knowledge of general safety systems and devices. * Processes and methodologies. * ISO standards and audit processes. * Basic Microsoft Office package. * Strong communication skills. * Proactive profile. * Planning and organization. * Teamwork. * Perform planned, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities according to Maintenance Plans and as specified in procedures and standards. * Maintain the work area properly organized and clean, ensuring preservation of company assets and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. * Accurately and consistently record data regarding performed services in reports and/or company-specified computerized systems. * Carry out activities related to the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program according to one’s area of responsibility. * Perform basic welding and machining tasks on machines such as lathes, milling machines, rolling mills, drills, etc., and bench repairs of equipment, components, and mechanical devices. * Record required information in maintenance orders within the integrated system (SAP). * Monitor machine shutdowns for maintenance and oversee production tests. * Conduct routine inspections to diagnose the condition and operational status of mechanical equipment. * Perform cutting and welding tasks. * Record required information in maintenance service orders within the integrated system and prepare material requisitions whenever necessary. * Lubricate mechanical equipment. * Perform minor painting tasks to repair machines and equipment. 251207020219209008
