JOB MISSION Ensure regulatory and operational compliance of activities carried out by the Logistics Operator (UNILOG), guaranteeing that all processes related to storage, receipt, preparation, and distribution of pharmaceutical products are executed in accordance with current regulations, ensuring product quality, safety, and traceability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure all regulatory documentation required for the Logistics Operator’s operations is up-to-date, valid, and readily available. * Monitor and supervise operational processes during product preparation and/or receipt at the Logistics Operator. * Develop, review, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to logistics activities. * Ensure all personnel involved in logistics processes are trained according to current procedures. * Receive, monitor, and respond to audits conducted by regulatory agencies as well as internal or external audits. * Control and record, per Ordinance No. 344/98, all inventory movements of specially controlled products. * Monitor and ensure the storage facility meets appropriate standards of cleanliness, preservation, and organization, in compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices. * Control and monitor temperature, humidity, and other environmental requirements within the storage area. * Monitor and ensure qualification of equipment and areas associated with cold-chain products. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS * In-depth knowledge of current legislation and logistics of health surveillance-regulated products (pharmaceuticals and health products) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Power BI experience is considered an advantage * Active professional registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) (mandatory) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Communication and training skills * Knowledge of Good Storage and Distribution Practices * Ability to work effectively in a team Whatever your area of expertise, your work within the Servier Group helps advance therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients.
