Description: * Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Food Engineering, Chemistry or Production, Biology, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related field) * Intermediate Office package proficiency * Skills in Controls and Reporting * Familiarity with or interest in microbiology, physicochemical analysis, and/or sensory analysis is desirable. * Assertive communication * Logical reasoning and ability to identify patterns * Planning and organization * Analytical profile, attention to detail, responsibility, willingness to learn, strong communication skills, teamwork * Support microbiology activities: sampling of finished products, environmental monitoring (swabs, air plates, water), preparation of culture media, sterilization, result interpretation, analysis tracking, and monitoring of control parameters. * Support physicochemical laboratory analyses of in-process and finished products. * Prepare and participate in sensory panels (coffee tasting), assisting in the evaluation of flavor, aroma, body, and other sensory attributes. * Support the receipt, classification, and analysis of green coffee. * Prepare and manage sample controls, ensuring proper documentation and storage. * Support equipment calibration. * Support the organization and maintenance of documents and records within the food safety and quality management system. * Assist in compliance with hygiene regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety standards. * Support investigations of non-conformities, tracking of corrective and preventive actions. * Support quality training and onboarding initiatives, contributing to the dissemination of food safety culture. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department, ensuring an appropriate environment for quality-related activities. 2512180202551764149
