Description: * Completed high school; * Technical courses and certifications in welding; * Experience as a welder, preferably in industrial settings, with focus on boiler-making and fabrication of components for industrial infrastructure; * Knowledge of TIG and electrode welding; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding plans. * Perform welding of components and equipment for industrial infrastructure and processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and required quality standards; * Plan, prepare, and execute welding procedures according to technical specifications and safety regulations; * Operate welding equipment—including TIG, MIG, oxy-fuel cutting, grinders, and other tools—applying appropriate practices for each material, with emphasis on stainless steel; * Inspect the quality of completed welds, correct potential defects, and report deviations or improvement needs; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Collaborate with other members of the boiler-making team and related departments to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and timely delivery; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). 2512130202201917782
