With operations all over the world, we celebrate a diverse range of cultures at CPL Aromas and, we offer equal opportunities and flexibilities. **Reports to:** -------------- Production Manager **Job Purpose:** ------------------------ To receive and verify all delivered items, ensuring their good condition and compliance with specifications, and to manage the raw materials warehouse. **Duties and Responsibilities:** ------------------------------- **Manage Receipt and Verification:** * Receive and verify the weight of finished products and raw materials, and enter them into the system. * Verify against the purchase order, enter data into the system, and locate packaging materials. * Unload delivery vehicles upon arrival and cross-check deliveries against the manifest. * Verify the weight of customer returns received, take samples if required, and deliver them to Quality Control for analysis. * Report any discrepancies in received deliveries to the line supervisor to ensure timely supplier claims. **Manage Sampling and Labeling:** * Take raw material samples according to established procedures and deliver them to the Quality Control department for analysis. * Apply approved labels to finished products, raw materials, and customer returns. * Position products according to the re-count list requirements for sampling and product counting. * Deliver re-count samples to Quality Control for analysis. **Manage Data:** * Register raw materials in the AX system. * Update the CPL MRP system with storage location data for all raw materials. * Perform periodic cycle counts of raw materials and update the CPL MRP system. * Prepare the daily report on raw materials or finished products to be withdrawn from the general warehouse to ensure physical and system stock shelf availability. **Manage the Warehouse:** * Physically and system-wise transfer approved finished products and customer returns. * Manage the warehouse and supply various zones. * Place all raw materials in their respective warehouse locations once quality control has been passed and AX location confirmed. * Keep the yard clean and orderly. **Required Skills and Attributes:** --------------------------------------- * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to efficiently and proactively organize tasks. * Capacity to perform tasks accurately and carefully. * Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail. * Ability to handle hazardous materials and heavy drums. * Ability to understand and confidently use the MRP system and semi-automated process. **Education:** * Compulsory Secondary Education. * Vocational qualification / Studies in Warehouse Organization or Transport and Logistics (desirable). **Professional Experience:** * Professional experience in a similar warehouse role (1\-2 years). * Prior experience in fragrance manufacturing or similar industries (desirable). **Other Knowledge and Requirements:** * High level of Spanish (C1\-C2\). * Basic level of English (A1\-A2\) (desirable). * Good computer skills \- Microsoft Office (essential). * Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (desirable). * Forklift operator license (desirable). * Availability to formalize a temporary contract. * Valid residence and work permit in Spain (essential).
