Leadership support and mentoring **What are the requirements?** * Be aged 17–22 at the time of hiring (no age limit for persons with disabilities); * Have a per capita family income below 1.5 minimum wages; * Have completed or be currently enrolled in high school; * Not have previously participated in any young apprentice program; * Demonstrate potential for development and alignment with Grupo Boticário’s core values; * Be available to work 4 hours or 6 hours and 15 minutes per day, according to schedules available in your city; * Be available to work either morning or afternoon shifts; * Reside in one of the cities offering vacancies. **Areas with Vacancies** * **Retail:** Working in stores and distributor outlets of Grupo Boticário, performing customer service and other store-related tasks. * **Operations:** Working in factories and distribution centers, supporting production processes, logistics, administrative functions, and more; * **Corporate:** Administrative roles in areas such as B2B, B2C, Consumer, People & Culture, and New Businesses. *\*Vacancy availability may vary by city; upon selection, you may indicate interest in all areas offering opportunities in your city.* **How the Program Works:** * Apprenticeship contract lasting 12–24 months, depending on the city * Daily working hours of either 4 or 6 hours, depending on the city (4 workdays \+ 1 mandatory study day) * Professional training provided by Grupo Boticário’s partner institutions * Grupo Boticário’s development learning paths * Leadership support and mentoring, plus HR Business Partner (BP) and corporate program assistance Job Type: Apprentice Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
