QSHE Manager
Job Objective:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s QSHE system. Provide technical and administrative support to ensure regulatory compliance. Gain experience in risk management, auditing, waste management, and safety training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* **Support the implementation of global and local QSHE procedures:** Assist in documenting, updating, and communicating policies related to quality, safety, health, and environment, ensuring operational-level compliance.
* **Participate in internal audits:** Collaborate in preparing and conducting internal QSHE audits, collecting information and preparing reports under supervision.
* **Manage incidents:** Collaborate in investigating and reporting reported incidents.
* **Review and manage documentation:** Maintain up-to-date records of management systems.
* **Monitor performance indicators:** Support tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) in QSHE.
* **Train and raise awareness:** Collaborate in organizing and delivering training and awareness programs for staff, aiming to foster a culture of safety and environmental compliance.
* **Manage waste and sustainability:** Assist in controlling and managing waste, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting sustainability practices within the company.
* **Update regulatory requirements:** Monitor new QSHE regulations.
* **Support continuous improvement:** Contribute to continuous improvement projects for QSHE processes to optimize organizational safety, health, and environmental impact.
Required Skills and Attributes:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English).
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Capacity to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills and time management.
**Education:**
* Student pursuing studies in Occupational Risk Prevention or related fields.
**Other Knowledge and Requirements:**
* High level of Spanish (C1\-C2\).
* Intermediate level of English (B1\-B2\).
* Interest in learning about quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental protection.
* Proficient computer skills \- Microsoft Office.
* Availability to formalize a training agreement with an institute/university.
