Focus on developing administrative facilities tasks and supporting area management, with emphasis on contract management, execution and control of routines, including budget, validation of measurements, and SLA monitoring. Ensure compliance with established procedures within the department for the activities under responsibility, as well as execute specific routines, aiming at maintaining and properly functioning all processes involving the area. Develop or propose improvements for routines under the department's responsibility, as well as for terms in procurement and service provision contracts. Perform activities related to contract management, such as negotiating, monitoring contracts/measurement reports, and evaluating supplier performance to ensure that provided services meet company-established standards. Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR), manage the department's budget control, update control spreadsheets and systems, and execute the department's travel services (issuance of airline tickets, transportation, hotel bookings, vehicle rentals, etc.), ensuring operational efficiency. Support the execution of activities by other team members. Ensure contracted services such as security, cafeteria, laundry, transportation, gardening, cleaning and maintenance are performed according to contract terms, monitoring results and proposing actions that can positively impact received outcomes. Ensure access control procedures are followed by official employees, visitors, and third parties, aiming to comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the facilities. Monitor audit procedures, providing support to the area manager. Supervise smaller-scale projects developed by the area or under department responsibility. Manage requests and payments for correspondence contracts such as postal mail, express mail, pouches, courier, motorcycle messenger. Participate in productivity and cost reduction initiatives, identifying and implementing productivity projects through analysis of the plant's largest service provision contracts. Strictly adhere to the company's quality, food safety, safety, health, and environmental procedures and standards, in alignment with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, as well as the company's Code of Conduct, values, and principles. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Intermediate-level Office Suite skills. Experience in managing outsourced services (cafeteria, transportation, and security).
