We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be to serve as a guardian of our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Collect outstanding debts (via in-person or online meetings, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls); Execute the debt collection escalation process (Serasa registration, notarial protest, referral to legal collection, enforcement) strategically; Perform bank reconciliation for the unit; Submit debts for extrajudicial/judicial collection through the legal office and monitor the progress and strategies of such cases; Prepare monthly performance reports including indicator analysis, forecast updates, and explanations for variances; Monitor Actual vs. Budgeted and Actual vs. Prior Year performance for revenue, receivables, delinquency, and other departmental indicators; Handle billing for the unit to ensure accurate issuance of invoices per agreed terms; Review and monitor billing to identify and correct potential contract registration errors; Analyze financial statements (verifying whether expenses are correctly recorded in accounting) and validate key indicators; Requirements: **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Production Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Minimum 2 years of experience in the finance area; Benefits * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Health and wellness platform; * Discounts at partner gyms of the group.
