Description: Required: Pursuing or completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics. Desired: Postgraduate in Project Management and fluent English. Knowledge of predictive and corrective electrical maintenance services for machines, equipment, facilities, and medium-complexity electrical devices, based on electrical schematics and/or drawings, layouts, among others, using appropriate measuring instruments, tools, and equipment to ensure full system functionality. Main responsibilities: * Support the development of supply scope to meet all applicable standards for implementing engineering projects, as well as ensuring management of all stages, from Kick Off to project closure meeting; * Support investment budget sizing and management, focusing on quality, productivity, costs, and legal compliance, to deliver within company-established standards; * Continuously seek solutions aimed at cost reduction and production optimization through technological innovations and improvements in production and operational processes, enhancing company profitability; * Support monitoring of CAPEX spending control and monthly physical and financial reports, ensuring accurate phase planning and proper use of CAPEX; * Monitor execution of work by contracted third-party companies, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery; * Accompany suppliers during technical visits to the plant; * Report progress of ongoing projects, including actions to address deviations. - Monitoring implementation of contractor projects - schedule / activity progress - interfaces between areas - Perform projects (minor changes/layout) - AutoCAD - Prepare specifications / contact suppliers - quotations 251026020222491541
