**RHF Talentos is hiring an OPERATIONS MANAGER – REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT in Linhares/ES #1015** **Responsibilities and Activities** * Manage the operational routine of the real estate development company, ensuring efficiency, organization, and adherence to deadlines * Coordinate administrative, commercial, and customer service teams * Plan and monitor operational goals and performance indicators (KPIs) * Map, review, and optimize internal processes, flowcharts, and operational policies * Conduct risk analyses and implement preventive and corrective actions * Prepare management reports and support the executive board in decision-making * Monitor the full customer lifecycle: reservation, documentation, approval, signing, disbursement, and after-sales * Ensure quality communication across departments and final delivery to the customer * Support demands related to construction projects and interface with suppliers and partners * Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement * Lead, train, and develop teams, fostering an organized and collaborative environment * Act strategically to sustain operational and project growth **Prerequisites** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, or related fields) * Experience managing teams, administrative processes, and operations; experience in the real estate sector is desirable * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile * Knowledge of process mapping, flowcharts, and performance indicators * Proficiency in Excel and management tools * Strong communication skills, systemic vision, and decision-making ability * Knowledge of real estate development routines, real estate documentation, and after-sales service is a plus **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: BRL 3,500.00 (negotiable, based on candidate’s profile) * Meal Allowance: BRL 500.00 * Health Insurance Plan * Transportation Allowance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance Plan * Transportation Allowance
