Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting guest rooms and common areas, managing inventory, supervising teams, and conducting training to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction. Focus on continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Inspect guest rooms (check\-in/check\-out) and common areas to ensure hygiene, organization, maintenance, and replenishment of amenities. \- Manage inventory of linens, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and minibar items, as well as oversee laundry and tailoring services. \- Respond to guest requests courteously and act as a liaison between the cleaning team and maintenance staff for repairs. \- Monitor departmental service requests, track responses, and schedule execution to meet customer needs. \- Manage laundry and general maintenance costs, updating systems or spreadsheets to support decision-making by the Operations Manager. \- Conduct regular training sessions for the housekeeping team to ensure service consistency and adherence to standards and protocols. \- Perform monthly inventories of linens and room equipment to enhance guest experience and loyalty. \- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping operations through continuous inspections to guarantee service excellence. \- Monitor guest feedback regarding cleaning, room setup, and general housekeeping services, and develop action plans to address non-conformities, focusing on continuous process improvement. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Previous experience in this role is preferred; Experience with TOTVS/CMNET systems; Team management experience; Organization and proactivity. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- Contractor (PJ) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Gympass; Telemedicine \- Mediquo; Birthday Day Off; University partnership program; Hotel accommodation discounts, among others. **Work Location:** ---------------------- SAMBA TURISMO E HOTELARIA LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:00 to 18:00 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- PJ CONTRACT Working Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 08:00 to 18:00
