Description: * Completed or ongoing Technical Course (Automation, Chemistry, Food, Production or related fields) * Experience in industrial production processes * Knowledge of general safety systems and devices * Understanding of Industrial Maintenance * GMP standards, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Health, Environment, Production and Loss Control, TPM * Basic Office Suite skills * SAP knowledge * Good communication skills * Proactive profile * Planning and organization * Teamwork * Operate machinery in the soluble coffee production process within your area of responsibility. * Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operation and plant cleaning; * Carry out all procedures required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during operation, as well as cleaning and maintenance in your sector; * Record production control and loss data according to established procedures and in alignment with the production supervisor. * Interact with other unit operations by providing data and communication between processes to ensure process stability, aligning information with the production supervisor. * Immediately report and communicate any process failures or deviations from established standards to the production supervision; * Assist in identifying and analyzing failures; * Monitor and assist, whenever necessary, in minor maintenance activities during corrective and preventive interventions on production equipment; * Perform minor repairs and operational inspections under the guidance and supervision of the maintenance team, in line with TPM development through Autonomous Maintenance; * Measure, control and correct Critical Control Points (CCPs) in the sector being operated, authorized by the production supervisor to continue the production process. * Perform general maintenance, cleaning and preservation tasks on equipment and facilities (lubrication, painting with brushes and rollers, cleaning) according to TPM practices; * Handle or supervise the handling of chemicals, authorized by production supervision, which are part of the production process, according to previously defined levels; * Collect and analyze product samples for process control according to established operating procedures. 2509090202501684788
