Join us!** Experienced professional with strong technical expertise, full autonomy in the field, and the ability to lead teams, conduct advanced diagnostics, and act as Brametal's technical reference. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform advanced fault diagnostics and propose technical solutions. * Execute and coordinate critical and highly complex activities. * Lead teams and ensure productivity, quality, and safety. * Interact with engineering, clients, and internal departments. * Prepare advanced reports, assessments, and failure analyses. * Train, guide, and develop junior and mid-level technicians. * Handle emergency requests and special projects. ### **Requirements** * Completed technical degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Structures, etc.). * +5 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or field work. * Strong ability in interpreting designs and metal structures. * Expertise in complex diagnostics and technical leadership. * Full availability for travel.
