Join us!** ### **Profile Summary** Early-career professional focused on operational execution, technical support, and basic field service, following procedures and supervised by more experienced technicians. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform field activities according to instructions and checklists. * Conduct simple inspections, measurements, and evidence collection. * Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of metallic structures, towers, supports, and related equipment. * Record information in the system: photos, reports, notes, and work order status. * Comply with safety regulations and use mandatory PPE. * Support senior/lead technicians in more complex tasks. ### **Requirements** * Technical diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, Electrotechnical, or related fields). * Basic knowledge of technical drawing interpretation. * Familiarity with occupational safety principles. * Willingness to travel. * Prior entry-level experience in maintenance, metal construction, or civil works is desirable.
