* Ensure the proper operation of facilities and equipment; * Operate industrial facilities and field equipment, controlling the flow of materials and supplies; * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Test equipment, devices, and systems, verifying their operational conditions; * Replace or adapt valves and flanges in wells, including installation of choke valves (SGIPO adaptation); * Perform rod removal and insertion operations with crane assistance; * Adapt the site for SPT entry; * Install steam injection trees; * Perform well balancing; * Replace surface valves and equipment; * Collect fluid samples for analysis; * Test equipment, devices, and systems in general, verifying their operational conditions; collect fluid samples for analysis; monitor corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical course (Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields); * Active registration (CFT); * CHN B license; * Prior experience in this role or similar positions; * Knowledge of oil wells and surface equipment; * Experience as a Derrickhand is an advantage. * Training courses: NR 10 Basic, H2S, CBASI, NR 13, NR 20 ADVANCED I, Defensive Driving, First Aid. * Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
