Here, every Triplante is an essential part of our journey! **We are seeking a professional who will implement and support the technological solutions deployed across our operations and those of our clients, monitoring their capacity and availability, identifying and assessing detected vulnerability events, and implementing immediate and effective protective measures and solutions — ensuring secure access to and use of the client’s network and information by users, in accordance with the company’s established standards, policies, and ethical conduct, as well as applicable legislation.** **Responsibilities:** * Independently perform maintenance, configuration, operation, and support activities for technological solutions. * Manage capacity, configuration, events, changes, and access for all technological solutions. * Develop and maintain detailed documentation and procedures regarding solution usage and architecture. * Implement incident and problem recovery plans for technological solutions. * Define and promote best practices for information security applied to solutions. * Plan and lead technology environment improvement initiatives, including automation. * Ensure backup routine efficiency by monitoring and adjusting processes. * Manage assets and update the service catalog, ensuring alignment with operations. * Participate in and support the implementation of risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. * Collaborate in developing and delivering security awareness programs. * Provide technical support to junior-level staff. **Prerequisites:** **Solid experience in the activities described above is required.** **Academic Qualifications:** * **Required:** Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in the activities described above is required. * Practical experience in managing and operating security solutions: SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, XDR, VPN, PAM, ZTNA, and AntiMalware. * Knowledge of frameworks Mitre ATT&CK, NIST, SOC-CMM, and ITIL as applied to security operations and engineering. * Process design skills, and experience developing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures. * Knowledge of risk management, social engineering, tabletop exercises, DRP, and business continuity. * Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. * **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Security/Cybersecurity, Process Management, Cyber/Corporate Risk Management, and/or IT Governance. **Languages:** * **Desirable:** English **Our Benefits:** VA or VR R$40.10 per business day.
