Education Analyst - PL - RP 18328 - Fiep System (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL) What are the challenges and main responsibilities? Analyze, propose, and monitor pedagogical strategies aligned with inclusive education policies. Support the development and revision of institutional documents (pedagogical guidelines, plans, workflows, and protocols). Plan and deliver training sessions for SESI School teams on inclusion, accessibility, and diversified pedagogical practices. Develop support materials and monitoring tools for schools and technical teams. Monitor educational indicators, documenting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal and external areas to strengthen support networks for inclusion. Participate in technical meetings, committees, and working groups related to diversity and inclusion topics. **Requirements:** What are the main requirements? Completed undergraduate degree Desirable: Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or a Bachelor’s degree in one of the four knowledge areas (Languages, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Humanities). Solid academic and/or continuing education background in Inclusive Education, Accessibility, and Human Rights in Education. Desirable: Knowledge of legal frameworks governing Inclusive Education (e.g., LBI, PNEEPEI, national guidelines, and state/municipal regulations). Desirable: Experience in an educational environment, directly implementing or providing technical support for inclusive practices. Ability to produce technical documents, reports, and pedagogical materials. Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to mediate and lead training sessions. Willingness to travel.
