





Description: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Basic English proficiency is desirable; * Intermediate-level Office Suite skills are desirable; * Skills in controls and reporting are desirable; * Knowledge of purchasing methodologies is desirable; * Familiarity with Power BI is desirable; * Good communication skills; * Planning and organizational skills; * Quick learner; * Teamwork skills. * Monitor indicator reports, operational information, and general studies to support departmental activities and demands; * Access specific software for tracking and updating departmental data, information, and reports; * Assist in audit support, procedures, and processes through control maintenance, document analysis, verifications, among others; * Communicate with internal and/or external departments to assist in ongoing activities; * Help organize events, workshops, and training sessions specific to the area of operation; * Organize department files and documents, including receiving, forwarding, or archiving them to responsible areas or individuals; * Propose process improvements whenever identified, aiming at better practices, efficiency gains, and effective execution; * Provide administrative support in procurement and sales processes of inputs and materials used by the company, whether directly or indirectly applied in the final product, as well as monitor delivery and payment deadlines; * Assist in company material procurement processes; * Support purchase order issuance; * Monitor market quotation receipt, delivery timelines, product quality, and follow-up operations with suppliers; * Strictly comply with company standards and procedures regarding quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection, in alignment with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, the company’s Code of Conduct, values, and principles. 2511040202261333234
