Over 500 active businesses trust our platform, alongside more than 40 strategic partners—including Itaú BBA, EY, Ricoh, Grant Thornton, and many others. **About the role** We are seeking a Coordinator to lead Implementation and Customer Success projects, with strong technical expertise, close leadership of the team, and active portfolio management of customers. The role requires a solid foundation in Accounting and Controllership, the ability to manage complex projects, and direct engagement with strategic customers. Prior experience in system implementations is not mandatory but will be considered a differentiator. **Key responsibilities:** * Lead the execution of implementation and customer success projects, ensuring technical quality, predictability, and adherence to methodology * Plan, monitor, and prioritize the implementation team’s weekly activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with delivery standards * Actively participate in strategic project decisions, connecting technical, operational, and business perspectives * Map and structure accounting and financial closing routines with customers, ensuring accurate translation of processes into the platform * Build, validate, and review financial statements and management presentations used for solution configuration * Validate project timelines, scope, risks, and key documents (e.g., Blueprints) with stakeholders * Provide continuous technical oversight of deliverables across all project phases, proactively addressing deviations * Develop the team through technical guidance, training, and support in resolving accounting and system-related issues * Actively manage the customer portfolio under your responsibility, monitoring success metrics, engagement, and satisfaction * Lead implementations of complex accounting structures, including multi-currency environments, GAAP adjustments, and diverse regulatory frameworks * Ensure compliance with IFRS, BRGAAP, and USGAAP in deliverables, configurations, and consolidations * Consolidate accounting and financial information originating from multiple sources directly via the platform * Collaborate closely with CFOs, Controllers, and Auditors, ensuring high technical proficiency, trust, and credibility in deliverables * Support audit processes and technical reviews conducted by customers * Contribute to building long-term relationships by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the customer journey Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields * Fluent Spanish * Solid experience in Accounting and Controllership, with mastery of closing routines and financial analysis * Prior experience leading teams, with focus on work organization, performance tracking, and results delivery * Proficiency in financial and accounting statements—including Balance Sheet (BS), Income Statement (P&L), Cash Flow Statement (CFS), Statement of Changes in Equity (SOCIE), Value Added Statement (VAS), and explanatory notes * In-depth knowledge of accounting fundamentals—e.g., double-entry bookkeeping, trial balance, general ledger, and structure of accounting reports * Experience consolidating financial data from multiple sources and preparing management reports and analyses * Ability to operate within complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and high technical demands * Experience in implementation projects, customer onboarding, or SaaS solutions will be considered a differentiator * Direct experience managing relationships with corporate clients—especially in financial and accounting contexts
