Conduct periodic evaluations of Centroweg students to identify potential performance deviations and provide subsequent guidance. Develop technical/operational training programs—including instructor manuals, handouts, posters, texts, etc.—to foster participatory development among employees at all levels. Prepare reports detailing training program progress, identified deficiencies, achieved results, and recommendations, submitting them to the immediate supervisor. Assist in reviewing curriculum content to ensure course updates align with the evolving needs of different company departments. Assist in upgrading the technology used in CTW equipment and facilities to facilitate learning.
