Reports to: Production Shift Manager Job Purpose Carry out the fragrance manufacturing process, fragrance filling, solutions, and bases according to established procedures and instructions. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Report any anomalies occurring during the manufacturing process to the Supervisor. * Report any physical-chemical changes detected in raw materials to the Quality Control department prior to use. * Verify and monitor raw material inventories to ensure availability (FIFO). * Properly handle drums and containers used to minimize spills. * Clean production containers. * Accurately complete associated records. * Locate products according to the requirements of the control checklist for sampling and stock counting. * Deliver control samples to Quality Control for analysis. * Supply raw materials requested by the Compounding Laboratory. * Place empty raw material drums in designated areas for final disposal. * Maintain the workstation and equipment in perfect order and cleanliness. * Support different processes within the Production area as required. * Comply with guidelines established in the company’s management systems (SGC-CPL). * Understand and implement environmental and occupational health & safety best practices. Required Skills and Attributes: * Completed secondary education. * Strong reading and speaking ability in Spanish – Essential. * Experience and availability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon). * Availability for temporary contract. * Valid Fork Lift Truck driving license – Essential – although training may be provided. * Prior experience in fragrance manufacturing or similar industries (e.g., chemical) – Advantageous, though training will be provided. * Ability to handle hazardous materials and heavy drums. * Ability to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail, even under pressure. * High level of arithmetic skills. * Good time management. * Experience working in an IT-controlled manufacturing environment.
