Description: * Education: Completed Technical Degree (Production, Chemistry, Food, Mechanical, Electrical and related fields) * Preferred: Undergraduate or completed higher education (Chemistry, Administration, Logistics, Production and related fields) * Knowledge: Experience in industrial production processes, Quality Management Systems and Food Safety * Computer Skills: Intermediate level Office Suite * Manage and monitor the performance of assistants and operators, providing guidance when necessary, aiming to maintain work quality and productivity; * Prepare reports with production data and machine downtime for monitoring and controlling machine performance, assistant and operator performance, and overall production control; * Guide employees in your area regarding company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other job-related aspects; * Identify causes of equipment malfunctions and promptly arrange necessary repairs; * Lead organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of work areas to maintain a favorable working environment; * Review procedures and forms when necessary, ensuring correct execution of established procedures for production, cleaning, quality, environment, and safety; * Verify and ensure proper completion of checklists and department forms, as well as accuracy of information; * Control minimum inventory levels of packaging materials and supplies to ensure smooth operation of the packaging department; * Ensure standard assembly of boxes, pallets and correct use of bags; * Check system entries and generated labels, ensuring lot traceability and adherence to FIFO system usage; * Ensure correct labeling of rework identification tags and collected samples; * Manage department losses; * Ensure production volume delivery, train new employees, and conduct reviews with existing staff whenever necessary; * Support leadership activities related to human resources, materials and other resources management through performance indicators, aiming for team engagement and continuous process improvement. 2510230202201002738
