A food and beverage manufacturing plant is seeking a Laboratory Assistant in Sooretama. **Responsibilities:** Perform cleaning and organization of materials and equipment. Support laboratory analyses as per technical guidance. Assist in the receipt of raw materials, conducting physical-chemical sampling and analyses to ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist in monitoring final product quality through analyses, sample collection, and control records. Control and store samples and supplies. Complete control logs and spreadsheets. Follow safety, quality, and good laboratory practice standards. Assist in reagent and material inventory control. Previous experience as Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Intern, Research Assistant, or Analysis Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities in this role.
