Assisting with maintenance and repairs, and controlling critical points Description: * Completed or currently pursuing a Technical Course (Automation, Chemistry, Food Science, Production, or related fields) * Experience in industrial production processes * Basic knowledge of general safety systems and devices * Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance * Knowledge of GMP, food safety, occupational safety, health, environment, production and loss control, and TPM * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency * SAP knowledge * Strong communication skills * Proactive mindset * Planning and organizational skills * Teamwork orientation * Operate machinery in the instant coffee production process within your assigned area. * Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant operation and cleaning; * Implement all procedures required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during operations, as well as cleaning and maintenance of your assigned area; * Record production and loss control data according to established procedures and in alignment with the production supervisor. * Interact with other unit operations by providing data and communication between processes to ensure process stability, aligning information with the production supervisor. * Immediately report and communicate any process failures or deviations from established standards to the production supervisor; * Assist in identifying and analyzing failures; * Monitor and assist, whenever necessary, in minor maintenance activities during corrective and preventive interventions on production process equipment; * Perform minor repairs and operational inspections under the supervision and guidance of the maintenance team, in accordance with TPM implementation through Autonomous Maintenance; * Measure, monitor, and adjust Critical Control Points (CCPs) in your assigned area, with authorization from the production supervisor, to continue the production process. * Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and preservation tasks for equipment and facilities (lubrication, painting with brushes and rollers, and cleaning), in accordance with TPM practices; * Handle and/or supervise the handling of chemical products used in the production process, under authorization from the production supervisor and in accordance with pre-established concentration levels; * Collect and analyze product samples for process control according to established operational procedures. 2512100202181684788
