




Description: * Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Food Engineering, Chemistry or Production, Biology, Pharmacy, Nutrition or related field) * Intermediate level in Office suite * Skills in controls and reporting * Familiarity with or interest in microbiology, physicochemical analysis, and/or sensory analysis is desirable * Assertive communication * Logical reasoning and ability to identify patterns * Planning and organization * Analytical profile, attention to detail, responsibility, willingness to learn, good communication skills, teamwork * Support microbiology activities: collection of finished product samples, environmental monitoring (swabs, air plates, water), preparation of culture media, sterilization, result reading, follow-up of analyses, and monitoring of control parameters * Assist in physicochemical laboratory analyses of in-process and finished products * Prepare and participate in sensory evaluation panels (coffee tasting), assisting in the assessment of flavor, aroma, body, and other sensory attributes * Support in the receiving, classification, and analysis of green coffee * Prepare and manage sample control, ensuring proper documentation and storage * Assist in equipment calibration * Support the organization and maintenance of documents and records within the food quality and safety management system * Assist in compliance with hygiene standards, good manufacturing practices (GMP), and food safety requirements * Support non-conformance investigations, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions * Assist in quality training and onboarding, contributing to the promotion of food safety culture * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the area, maintaining an appropriate environment for quality activities 2510220202531764149
