Job Summary: Perform finishing and casting activities for parts, ensuring quality and recording production data in the system. Key Highlights: 1. Perform finishing and casting of PU parts 2. Ensure part quality and process control 3. Record production data in the system **Responsibilities:** * Perform PU part finishing activities, verifying information and technical specifications according to documents and instructions; * Record production data in the system, entering information about parts to be processed as specified in the document issued by PCP; * Prepare metallic inserts for part casting (Adhesive Room / Blasting Room); * Clean casting crucibles to enable their reuse in the casting process; * Verify that the quantity of parts matches the Production Order and, upon completion of the process, collect and store parts in ovens; * Ensure part quality per quality control requirements, checking for process discontinuities (part quality) and, upon identifying issues, reporting them to the Team Leader for corrective actions; * Perform part deburring and cutting using a grinder; * Record the completion of the production process in the system. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Basic computer skills. **THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD)** Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2.040,26 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
