




Description: Apply quickly by email: Responsibilities and desired experience: The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and executing HR department activities, ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT) and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure implementation of people, compensation, and benefits policies, as well as management practices that promote employee engagement, development, and talent retention. Key Responsibilities * Strategic HR Management + Develop and implement the HR department’s strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals. + Support senior management in decision-making regarding people management, organizational structure, and competency development. * Labor Management and Compliance + Ensure compliance with CLT, collective bargaining agreements, and other applicable legislation. + Manage employment contracts, hiring, dismissals, vacations, time tracking, overtime, and leaves of absence. + Coordinate payroll routines jointly with the finance/accounting department. * Compensation and Benefits Policies + Define and implement the company’s salary policy, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. + Structure variable compensation policies, bonuses, and incentive programs. + Administer corporate benefits (meal vouchers, health insurance, private pension plans, etc.). * Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding + Define job descriptions for new hires in coordination with department heads. + Coordinate recruitment and selection processes according to departmental profiles and needs. + Develop integration and onboarding programs for new employees. + Manage recruitment processes, recruitment agencies, and internal job posting channels (LinkedIn, internal platforms, etc.). * People Management and Organizational Development + Coordinate performance evaluations and individual development plans (IDPs), including KPIs. + Implement internal and external training programs according to business needs. + Support leaders in team management, conflict resolution, and strengthening organizational climate. * Relationship Management and Representation + Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and the company. + Represent the company before labor authorities, unions, and HR service providers. + Coordinate with internal department representatives to implement HR policies. Policies Managed by This Position * Salary Policy: definition of salary ranges, periodic reviews, and promotion criteria. * Compensation Policy: structure of fixed and variable salaries, bonuses, and incentives. * Working Hours Management: time tracking, hour banks, overtime, and compensatory time off per CLT. * Vacations and Leaves: planning, tracking, and compliance with legal requirements. * Occupational Health and Safety: support implementation of occupational health and safety policies in partnership with SESMT. Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of CLT and Brazilian labor legislation. * Proven experience in HR coordination or equivalent positions. * Ability to conduct negotiations with unions and regulatory bodies. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Internal and External Relationships * Reports to: General Management / CEO. * Internal relationships: continuous coordination with leaders across all departments. * External relationships: unions, labor authorities, consulting firms, and HR service providers.
