Opportunity for career growth within a gym network We are looking for a **Gym Manager** to work at our Sombrio unit, with emphasis on **organization, team leadership, daily operations, and results**. This position is for someone who understands that management is about **being present**, **organizing people and processes**, **solving problems**, and **ensuring service standards**, not merely holding a title. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the unit’s daily operations * Lead and organize the team * Ensure service standards, organization, and smooth gym operations * Monitor goals, KPIs, and unit performance * Resolve conflicts professionally and objectively * Organize staff schedules, routines, and internal processes * Be present on the gym floor during strategic hours * Ensure compliance with internal policies and company culture * Maintain direct alignment with Regional Management **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Responsible, balanced, and committed individual * Strong communication skills, clarity, and professional demeanor * Ability to lead, hold teams accountable, and provide direction * Organized, disciplined, and prioritization-oriented * Prior experience in leadership, coordination, or team management * Experience in Physical Education is preferred but candidates without such experience may still be considered **THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF YOU** * Avoid responsibility and decision-making * Struggle to handle conflicts * Dislike routine, goals, and organization * Seek only a title or status without genuine engagement **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Base salary: **R$ 3\.500,00** * Performance-based bonuses (up to **R$ 6\.000,00**) * Working hours: **8 hours per day (44 hours per week)** * Opportunity for career growth within a gym network.
