We help professionals reinvent how they work—our team of experts brings together information, innovation, and insight to unravel complex situations across Tax, International Trade, Accounting, and Legal markets, supporting our clients in decision-making. **About the Role** In this role, as a Level 2 Support Analyst, you will: * Provide Level 2 support for Thomson Reuters' Domínio Solutions resellers and branches. * Handle critical database reconstruction cases. * Collaborate on innovations within the team to improve support workflows and analytics. * Provide Level 2 Technical Support. * Provide support related to Custom Reports. **About You** For this position, we seek professionals with the following Skills & Experience: * Functional experience with the Domínio system. * Experience with internal report logic. * Experience with peripheral solutions, such as: NF-e Search, Sefaz, Manifesto, Onvio, BOX-e, API, Table Import, Printing Errors, Update Manager, Onbalance, Tax Accounting Content, and Domínio WEB crashes. * Experience in Level 1 and Level 2 support. * Database failure investigation (SQL Server, SQL Anywhere). * Execution of SQL queries for data analysis and correction. * Installation, updating, and maintenance of Domínio system applications. * Support for backup, restoration, and database reconstruction processes. * Training and technical support for Level 1 teams and resellers. * Analytical ability to identify root causes of issues. #LI-TR1 **What We Offer You:** * **Hybrid Work Model:** We adopt a flexible hybrid workplace (2–3 days per week in the office, depending on the role) for office-based positions, ensuring an integrated and consistent experience both digitally and in person. * **Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:** "Flex My Way" is a set of policies designed to facilitate managing personal and professional responsibilities—whether caring for family, participating in community activities, or dedicating time to rest and personal renewal.
