We seek a senior professional with strong technical expertise and strategic vision, who enjoys getting hands-on and providing technical support to teams. ### **Responsibilities** * Work on the development and evolution of **Java** backend systems. * Design, evaluate, and evolve **solution architectures**. * Provide technical support to squads by performing **code reviews** and guiding best practices. * Work with systems featuring **high availability, scalability, and high load**. * Automate systems with analytical and strategic insight. * Interact technically with business areas, vendors, and internal teams. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Strong knowledge of **Java**. * Experience with **relational and non-relational databases** (Oracle, SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, among others). * Experience with **Cloud** platforms (AWS or OCI). * Experience with **CI/CD** and containerized environments (**GitLab CI, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker**). * Experience with **messaging systems (Kafka)**. * Experience with **agile methodologies** (Scrum / Kanban). * **Hands-on** profile, closely involved in development activities. * Ability to operate in complex and critical environments. * Strong **team spirit** and effective technical communication. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of **Tourism Systems**. * **Advanced English**. **Work Location:** Santo André – SP **Work Mode:** On-site
